Can I return a Prisma watch?

It is possible to return your watch in case of a defect within the warranty period. Please contact us to set up your return. Whether you bought your watch at a local store, please contact them. We are sure you will like our watches. That’s why it is also possible to return any unbroken watch within 14 days after purchase. For international clients this will be 28 days after purchase. Of course, the total amount will be refund. Any return fees will be subject to the client. Please don’t hesitate to contact us here in case of any issue.

What about warranty?

All Prisma watches purchased come with a two-year warranty. Whether you have NOT purchased your watch on our website, but at a local shop, please contact this dealer. In this way, your issue can be solved earlier. Have you purchased on www.prisma.watch? Please contact us here to set up your return. In case of defect, we could send you a new watch and of course wouldn’t charge any return fee.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

When ordered before 4:00 PM your watch will arrive the next day (in case you are living in The Netherlands). For international residents shipping varies between 7 and 14 days. We will send it immediately after we have received an order and you will receive a tracking code as well.

International shipments will be provided by DHL. For customers within The Netherlands we use PostNL.

Are there any restrictions on free shipping worldwide?

No, we don’t charge a shipping fee when you purchase a watch at our website. In case of any return, a customer will be subject for any return fee. We neither charge a return fee in case of defect issue within two-year warranty. Something else to keep in mind is that some countries levy tax on a parcel from abroad.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

When placing an order, you will be redirected to the website of MultiSafepay to settle the payment with IDeal, MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, American Express, BankTransfer, DirectDebit, GiroPay, MasterCash, PayPal or Sofort.
